Rector of Samarkand State University, scientist of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Rustam Kholmurodov, continues to hand over letters of thanks to the parents of young people who have been recommended to be students at Samarkand State University named after Sharof Rashidov on the basis of a grant in the new academic year.

Today, another educated person is about to graduate from the remote Parchagora village of Pastdargom. Of course, it was not easy to do this. A parent who educates his child and creates a special opportunity for him to study beyond everyday tasks is a real hero.

After all, in today's era of globalization, society needs active young people with knowledge and potential more than ever. On the initiative of the Rector of Samarkand State University, parents who support their children's education are encouraged and set as an example to the neighborhood, and young people to their schools.

One such important event took place in the house of Dilshod Khushvaktov and Matluba Usmanova, the parents of Khushnud Toshtemirov, who was admitted to the Faculty of History of SamSU on the basis of a state grant.

Khushnudbek's mother did not hide her excitement when she saw the special attention and recognition of her child in front of the community. He said that he is satisfied with his son's studies, that he still has many dreams and is grateful to his teachers.

    - I know this family well, - says Ilgor Yunusov, chairman of Parchagora neighborhood. - Every morning, when I went out to inspect our neighborhood, I passed by this house. Involuntarily, I noticed that Khushnudbek was reading a book on the street in the morning. But no matter how many times we met, he never said hello. We can learn about his education from this. Today is a bachelor's degree, tomorrow a master's degree, and maybe a doctorate after that. So, I believe that Khushnudbek will be a good guy who will benefit our neighborhood, district, and country.
