The head of the International Cooperation Department of Samarkand State University, Dr. Mukhtor Nosirov, and the Director of the Institute of Agrobiotechnology and Food Security of Samarkand State University Dr. Toshpulot Rajabov, are currently at the University of Bologna in Italy in order to learn their experience in the agricultural education and to strengthen cooperation between the two Universities. 
    Scientists are conducting a series of meetings in order to raise cooperation to a new level between the Bologna University of Italy and Samarkand State University... 
    In particular, it is agreed that the students of the Institute of Agrobiotechnology and Food Security of Samarkand State University will get an opportunity to study at the high qualified International Master Degree programs in Precise and Sustainable Agriculture and Horticulture Sciences of the University of Bologna. 
In this regard, the scientists held discussions with the International Relations Division of the University of Bologna and got to know the general requirements and conditions for launching the program. Also, separate negotiations were held with Dr. Claudio Ratti and Dr. Luca Dondini, experts on the above international programs. They specifically recognized that both universities have sufficient opportunities and interest in the training of personnel in these modern agrarian degree programs. 
    During the negotiations, a special agreement is expected to be signed for the cooperation of capacity building in the above master programs. We will inform you more about it…
