The first meeting of this association took place at Samarkand State University. The conference was attended by Vice-Rectors of SamSU Akhmadjon Soltev, Khakim Khushvaktov, Akmal Akhatov, Head of the Transformation Office Nazish Khan, Professor Mumin Kodirov and SamSU graduates.

      The conference was opened by the first vice-rector for academic affairs of SamSU Akhmadzhon Soleev, who gave detailed information about the tasks and goals of the association.
      Also, the president and vice-presidents of SamSU AB were elected by voting.
