The transfer of trainee researchers and applicants from one scientific or educational organization to another is not allowed.

    Intern-researchers and applicants who have received education in the liquidated scientific and educational organizations in accordance with the procedure established by law are transferred to continue their education in scientific and educational organizations determined by the legal successors of the liquidated scientific and educational organizations (VMK-545, Appendix 3, clause 7 e).
