Don't skip breakfast, will you waste the day?

Breakfast is a very important meal that can make or break your day. Who skips this trapezoid, but scientific evidence shows that it is unhealthy. The study is based on data from over 30,000 people who report food intake throughout the day. About 15 percent of the participants skipped breakfast. Scientists divided their diet into nutrients to understand what nutrients are in the diets of different research groups, and what is missing. Tex who skipped breakfast were deficient in calcium, iron, and vitamins A, B1, B2, B3, C, and D. It was also found that people who habitually remember to consume more and more calories at lunch and food, than i.e. who does not. However, this does not reduce the level of deficiency of essential substances.
