1. Transfer of education to state higher educational institutions of the republic (internal “transfer”) is allowed for 2 good reasons:

    - when a student applies for transfer of education to a university at the place of permanent residence of the spouse in connection with the creation of a family;

    - when a civil servant applies in case of a change of place of work (based on the recommendation of the head of the relevant ministry / department) to his wife or minor child for transfer to study.

    - In other cases, "internal transfer" is not allowed.

    2. When transferring education from universities in foreign countries (foreign "transfer"):

    - an appropriate and homogeneous educational direction requires the student to score a passing score as a result of professional (creative) examinations in educational areas requiring special talents, testing in other educational areas. At the same time, professional (creative) exams are conducted by the relevant university, and test tests are conducted by the DTM.

    - students who score below the passing mark are allowed to transfer their studies to a differentiated paid-contract basis.

    - it is not allowed to move along the corresponding and unrelated educational routes.

    3. Transfer to study in foreign and non-state universities in Uzbekistan is organized similarly to transfer to study in foreign universities.

    - a bachelor's degree, related to the corresponding and heterogeneous direction of education, can transfer a differentiated payment-contract (super-contract) course established for this direction of education, on the basis of a lump-sum payment.

    Applications are accepted through the following electronic platforms:

    - transfer.edu.uz - from one university to another or within one university of the republic;

    - my.dtm.uz - foreign and non-state higher educational institutions.

    - Reception of documents will last until August 5 (on the same day).

    Required documents:

    ◾️ transcript or grade book (JPEG or Pdf)

    ◾️ academic reference book (for those who restore their studies).
