Associate Professor Obid Kodyrov, Head of the Department of Psychology at Samarkand State University, and Lecturer (PhD) Javlon Oblokulov are in India to establish scientific links with the Universities of Delhi and Agra.

    Also, scientists took part in the international conference "Uzbekistan and India: new cultural ties", held at the Ghalib Institute in New Delhi with their lectures.

    After the end of the prestigious conference, a meeting and exchange of views on the cultural relations of the parties with the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to India Dilshod Akhadov took place.
