Samarkand State University hosted an international conference on the topic "Problem Solving in Teaching English: Theoretical and Pedagogical Perspectives".

      The prestigious international conference was attended by professors and teachers of Samarkand State University and about 50 scientists from the USA, India, Australia, Korea, Japan, Russia, Indonesia, China, Malaysia, Palestine, Iran.

      At the beginning of the event, Vice-Rector for International Cooperation Akmal Akhatov read out a greeting from the Rector of Samarkand State University, a scientist of the Republic of Uzbekistan, a member of the Senate of the Oliy Majlis Rustam Khalmuradov to the conference participants.

     During the conference, important issues that need to be considered and resolved in the field of teaching English at the world level, as well as research and proposals of foreign scientists in this regard, were widely discussed. Proposals were considered to establish professional cooperation between teachers of English, to develop new and modern methods of teaching English.
