Italian scientist Elisabetta Boaretto, professor at the Weizmann Institute of Science, visited Samarkand State University.

      During the visit, a seminar was held on the topic “Climate change and isotope ecology” for professors and teachers of the Institute of Biochemistry. Also, a scientific trip to the Turkestan and Nurata mountain ranges was organized with the staff of the Department of Botany of Samara State University.
