Iftikhor Yangiboyev, a student of the Mathematics Department of Samarkand State University, was recommended by a student to the Italian University of L'Aquila to obtain a master's degree on the basis of a grant. This university is in the top 501 of the world ranking. Now he continues to study applied mathematics at this university.

     The student received this grant within the framework of the Erasmus Mundus scholarship program.

     Iftikhor Yangiboyev's academic supervisor is the Deputy Dean of the Mathematics Department for Research and International Relations, Associate Professor Hamza Kudratov.

     For information, Iftikhor Yangiboyev has an international language certificate IELTS 6.0 (B2). He took 3rd place in the International Mathematics Olympiad.
