 I would like to emphasize that under your leadership Samarkand region has become the most beautiful and prosperous place of our country.

 The fact that on the direct initiative of President Shavkat Mirziyoyev and your efforts the city of Samarkand has become the cultural, educational and spiritual capital of Uzbekistan is a source of pride for all of us.

 It is a great happiness and joy for a person to leave behind good things in life and work.

 The fact that you are conducting historical works in three regions of our country: Navoi, Surkhandarya and Samarkand, finding the way to people's hearts, following the principles of stability, peace, tranquility and harmony, is an example for many of us.
