Лабораториянинг йўналиши:
- доривор ўсимликлар таркибидаги биологик фаол пиримидин ҳалқаси сақлаган алкаллоидларнинг синтетик аналогларини синтез қилиш;
- истиқболли табиий ва синтетик моддаларни саратон ҳужайраларига қарши фаоллигини татбиқ қилиш;
- янги бирикмаларнинг тузилишини фаолликка боғлиқлиги ва молекуляр докинг таҳлил усуллари;
- биологик фаол табиий бирикмалар ҳамда уларнинг синтетик аналогларини микроорганизмлар иштирокида биотрансформация қилиш;
- онкологияга йўналтирилган мақсадли синтезлар.
Лабораториянинг эришган ютуқлари:
- Хитой Фанлар Академияси тадқиқот институтлари илмий ходимлари билан ҳамкорлик ё'лга қўйилди. 2022- йилда 7 та халқаро патентлар олинди;
- Лабораторияда конденсирланган пиримидинларнинг арзон ва бир босқичли синтези асосида амалий аҳамиятга эга истиқболли бирикмалар олиниб, натижалар патентлар ҳамда PubMED, Scopus ва Web of Science каби маълумотлар базасида индексланувчи нуфузли журналларда чоп қилинди;
- Хитой, Италия, АҚШ ва Германия каби давлатларнинг илмий-тадқиқот гуруҳлари билан истиқболли лойиҳалар устида ишлар олиб борилаяпти.
