GERBARIY-BOTANIK TADQIQOTLAR BO’LIMI YO’NALISHLARI:
Samarqand davlat universiteti gerbariysi
SamDU gerbariy kolleksiyasi tarixi 1927-yilda SamDU va Botanika kafedrasining asoschisi va universitetning birinchi rektori prof.N.A. Merkulovich bilan bog’liq. Prof.N.A. Merkulovich O’zbekiston florasini yaxshi bilgan. Gerbariy fondini tashkil etishda dastlab, gerbariy namunalari 1927-1941 yillar davomida N.A.Merkulovich, M.G. Popov, Q.Z.Zokirov, E.I.Proskoryakov, O.F. Gaze, G.A.Sergeeva, G.S.Chugaeva, X.Eshonkulov, M.Axmedov, I.Toshpulatov, G.Shodiyev, R.F.Fayziyev, V.Romanenko va boshqa olimlar tomonidan Respublikamiz va qo‘shni respublikalar hududidan terilgan qadimiy gerbariylar saqlanadi.
Ushbu kolleksiyasida 20 ming gerbariy namunasi bo’lib, ulardan 16 ming namunasi ilmiy, 4 mingtasi o’quv metodik gerbariylar hisoblanadi. Gerbariy kolleksiyasida 145 oila, 644 turkum va 2150 turlar mavjud. Gerbariy kolleksiyasi Engler sistemasi bo’yicha joylashtirilgan.
"Abu Ali ibn Sino merosi" Spin-Off korxonasi
Ma’lumki bizning diyor o’zining olimlari va dorivor o’simliklari bilan tibbiyot sohasida chuqir iz qoldirgan shu munosabat bilan Samarqand davlat universitetida "Abu Ali ibn Sino merosi" Spin-Off korxonasining tashkil etilishi kelgusida ming yillardan buyon qo’llanilib kelinayotgan dorivor va shifobaxsh o’simliklarni yetishtirish bilan birga tabiiy fitopreparatlar, fitochoylar ishlab chiqarishni va korxona qoshida Universitetda “Fitobar” lar faoliyati yo’lga qo’yilgan.
O'simliklar anatomiyasi, intraduksiyasi va geobotanika laboratoriyasi
Mazkur laboratoriya qoshida o’simliklar morfologiyasi, anatomiyasi, geobatanikasi va turlarning intraduksiyasi kabi ishlar amalga oshiriladi, hamda dorivor o’simliklarning tabbiy zaxirasi aniqlandi, buning uchun mazkur laboratoriya zamon talablariga to’liq javob beradigan jihozlar bilan ta’minlangan. Mazkur laboratoriya qoshida o’quvchilarga amaliy ishlarni ko’rsatish bilan birga mavzu asosida magistirlik va PhD dissertatsiya ishlari bajarilmoqda.
Palinalogiya laboratoriyasi
Ushbu laboratoriyada Samarqand shahri palinologik kоlleksiyasini tashkil etilmoqda hamda tibbiyotda foydalanish mumkin boʻlgan gul changlarining mavjud boʻlgan turlarni ilmiy amaliy jihatdan oʻrganish va taxlil qilish ishlari bajarilmoqda
Bundan tashqari Samarqand shahridagi allergen oʻsimlik turlarini aniqlash, oʻrganish va inson salomatligiga tasir koʻrsatuvchi mavsumiy himoya choralarini ishlab chiqish ishlari bajariladi.
Iqlim faktorlariga qarab aeroplankton tarkibidagi changlar miqdorini aniqlanadi va changlar tarkibining aholi salomatligi uchun foydali va zararli jixatlarini aniqlash, oʻrganish va tahlil qilishdan ishlari olib boriladi.
Mazkur laboratoriya qoshida mavzu asosida magistirlik va PhD dissertatsiya ishlari bajarilmoqda.
Lixenologiya va Briologiya laboratoriyasi
Oʻzbekiston lixenoflorasi va brioflorasining turlar tarkibini aniqlash hamda ahamyatga molik (biondikator, biofiltir, dorivor, mox-fasad) turlarni koʻpaytirish bilan birga ushbu turlardan Respublikamizning turli soxalarida va sanoatda foydalanish yoʻllarini ishlab chiqish va kolleksiyasini yaratishdan iborat.
Respublikamizning botanik geografik rayonari kesimida turlar tarkibini aniqlanmoqda va aniqlangan turlarning GAT xaritalari va turlarning elektron baʼzasi yaratilmoqda. Aniqlangan turlar tarkibi esa SamDU Gerbariy fondini boyitib boradi. Shuningdek flora holatini oʻrganish bilan uning dinamikasiga taʼsir etuvchi omillarni aniqlanadi hamda kamyob va noyob turlarni himoya choralarini ishlab chiqish uchun tavsiyalar beradi.
Ushbu laboratoriya ob’ekti biondikator turlar hisoblanib, muxitning ifloslanish darajasini aniqlashda qo’llaniladi. Dorivor turlarni laboratoriya sharoitida koʻpaytirishni yo’lga qoyadi.
Mazkur laboratoriya qoshida o’quvchilarga amaliy ishlarni ko’rsatish bilan birga mavzu asosida magistirlik va PhD dissertatsiya ishlari bajarilmoqda.
Mikologiya laboratoriyasi
Ushbu laboratoriyaning maqsad va vaziflari quyidagilar bo’lib hisoblanadi: Respublikamiz hududida tarqalgan zamburug’lar turlar tarkibini flora-sistematik jihatdan aniqlash hamda aniqlangan turlar kolleksiyasini yaratish. Zamburug’larni ahamiyatiga ko’ra sistematik tahlil qilish bilan birga, fitoparazit turlarni aniqlash ularga qarshi kurash yo’llarini ishlab chiqishdan iborat.
Mazkur laboratoriya qoshida mavzu asosida magistrlik va PhD dissertatsiyalarini bajarishda foydalanishga xizmat qilmoqda.
GERBARIY-BOTANIK TADQIQOTLAR BO’LIMINING ERISHGAN YUTUQLARI
Gerbariy-botanik tadqiqotlar bo’limi va Botanika kafedrasi xodimlari bilan birgalikda Zarafshon vodiysiga va qisman Respublikamizning janubiy va sharqiy hududlarida tadqiqotlar olib borilgan. Tadqiqotlar davomida Samarqand davlat universiteti gerbariysi uchun yuksak o’simliklarning gerbariy namunalari yig’ildi gerbariy fondinning boyishida katta ahamiyat kasb etdi.
O'simliklar anatomiyasi, intraduksiyasi va geobotanika laboratoriyasida olib borilgan tadqiqotlar davomida “Биология и интродукция топинамбура в условиях Самаркандской области" nomli monografiyasi va “O’simliklarning rivojlanish biologiyasi” hamda “O’simliklar introduktsiyasi” nomli adabiyotlar nashr etildi.
Bundan tashqari Lixenologiya bo’limida 100 tur, 300 namunadagi lishayniklarning hamda Briologiya bo’limida 150 tur, 1500 dan ortiq namunadagi yo’sinlarning gerbariylari aniqlandi va universitet gerbariy fondiga joylashtirildi. Labaratoriyada olib borilgan tadqiqot yo’nalishlari natijasida “Мохообразные среднего течения бассейна реки Зарафшан” va “Shimoliy Turkiston brioflorasi va uning bioekologik tavsifi” nomli monografiyalar chop ettirildi. Ekspeditsiyalar davomida yig’ilgan gerbariy namunalarining gеo-axborot dasturlar asosida o’simlik turlarining tarqalishining GAT xaritalari tayyorlandi.

MOLEKULYAR BIOTEXNOLOGIYA BOʻLIMI
Molekulyar biotexnologiya boʻlimida bakteriyalar biotexnologiyasi, zamburugʻlar va suvoʻtlar biotexnologiyasi, in vitro va biologik obyektlarning molekulyar-genetik tahlili laboratoriyalari faoliyat koʻrsatadi.
Mazkur laboratoriyalarda bugungi kunda quyidagi yoʻnalishlarda ilmiy-tadqiqot ishlari olib borilmoqda:
O‘zbekistonning Janubiy-g‘arbiy mintaqalarining ekstremal sharoitidagi o‘sayotgan ayrim galo va kserofit o‘simliklaning endofit mikroorganizmlari ajratish, identifikatsiyalash, ajratilgan mikroorganizmlarning istiqbolli shtammlari asosida mikrob preparatlari yaratish va hududning sho‘rlangan hamda qurg‘oqchil mintaqalarida qishloq xo‘jalik ekinlarini yetishtirishda qo‘llash;
tovuqchilik va baliqchilik xo‘jaliklarida qo‘llanilayotgan oziqa ratsionini bir va ko‘p hujayrali suvo‘tlar bilan boyitish uchun suvo‘tlarni ko‘paytirishning innovatsion usullarini ishlab chiqish;
ayrim dorivor (Samarqand o‘lmaso‘ti, dorivor tojik kavragi, dorivor achchiq ermon, chakanda) o‘simliklar va mahalliy yong‘oq navlarini in-vitro usulda mikroklonal ko‘paytirish va sog‘lom ko‘chatlarini tayyorlash texnologiyasini ishlab chiqish bo’yicha tadqiqotlar olib borilmoqda.
